LGBT+ training call for participants!

Youth of Rainbow is pleased to announce the start of the project "Show it out! - LGBT Arts, encourages Human Rights!" funded by European Youth Foundation of Council of Europe. Youth of Rainbow welcomes applications from all candidates who fulfill the specific profile of the activities, irrespective of gender, disability, marital or parental status, racial, ethnic or social origin, color, religion, belief or sexual orientation.

Call for participants for LGBT+ training course with the goal to help selected participants improve their knowledge and skills in order to develop tools to engage the communities to advocate for better police treatment of LGBT+ people.

Selection Criteria:

We are looking for 25exceptional young LGBT+ (aged 18-30) and we have formulated some selection criteria which are:

- Participants must be aged between 18-30;
- Participants must represent LGBT+ communities and identify themselves as LGBT+ individuals;- Must have fluent Azerbaijani language skills;
- Participants from all ethnic groups and religious from target communities are accepted;
- Participants must be active during the whole course time and take a commitment to act as multiplier after the course;
-The leaders of LGBT+ communities or groups are much appreciated;
- Having less or no experience in theatre or any form of art is accepted but candidate must have strong motivation that suits with project mission and objectives;

Participants profile:

-LGBT youth from all ethnic groups and religious;
-LGBT youth ready to work for their LGBT peers in target communities;
-LGBT youth with previous experiences in youth work;
-LGBT youth with less experience but with strong motivation to work on LGBT issues.
